Peter Hess's Stereo 3-way Digital Crossover

In connection with my K + T Hörtest visit - I also visit Peter Hess in the north of Germany.
We did the initial test of his newly assembled Stereo 3-way Digital Crossover

The crossover box is build as dual mono as many of our customer have done too

Peter believes in very solid boxes and I can confirm that no part of the box is vibrating – it totally steady as a rock.
I “tried” to lift the tweeter box without succes...! It’s only standing on the bass/mid box and I only displaced it…!

The chassis is a combination of metal, MDF and some secret damping compound to reduce all unwanted
box vibration. The “foot” is also very solid and has adjustable spikes for optimum contact and stability

The old passive crossover filter with premium Mundorf components can be seen beside the boxes
