Then we will work up a pro forma invoice and arrangement of shipping. The policy of Ground Sound is payment according to pro forma invoice then we will release the goods for shipment. The pro forma invoice holds value of items, handling fee and shipping rate.
Handling fee:
Orders under 400 €, we will charge 10 €.
Orders over 400 €, will be free of charge.
Shipping rate:
Depend on shipping company, but only the actual costs.

When you receive the products you can enjoy the assembly of the system then relax at the audio able sound of your new Hi-Fi system.

Safety warning:
Care must be taken since some of the products hold dangerous voltages and improper handling can cause an electric shock. The products are only suitable for indoor use. Avoid moisture and excessive heat.

Warranty:
2 years after date of invoice covering all parts: Mechanics, components and circuit board. In case of malfunction of goods - service will be carried out by Ground Sound alone. If a third part is involved - warranty is void. Only Ground Sound can recognize the conditions of warranty. The goods must be returned free of charge to Ground Sound. Ground Sound shall choose whether to repair, replace or credit the invoiced amount of the part. Before service - please check for possible mistakes in the assembly of the parts - such as short circuit, bad soldering or mixed up wiring as the modules has been tested before shipment. Warranty is void in cases of electronically or mechanically modification, faulty external wiring, mechanical damage, mismatch of voltages, misuse or abuse - ex. surroundings with moisture or excessive heat or accidental short circuit on circuit board. Warranty doesn't cover other than Ground Sound products. Warranty doesn't cover resulting damage of malfunction such as speakers, cables, furniture and building. Explicitly warranty doesn't cover persons damage in case of assembly and use. Please take care of yourself when assembly your new system - this is DIY products, it can be dangerous, but it should be only fun.
