Ground Sound

Jan is one of those handymen that likes to do as much as possible himself. The ribbon loudspeakers and current bass boxes (Monacor SPH-165KEP) is his own creation. The ribbons have very low impedance and no transformers are used. This demands for a very stable and current capable amplifier module. For this reason we have delivered a modified Chassis 600 that normally is supplied with 3 pcs PA3CC modules, but for optimum and best performance this was made up of 2 pcs PA6CC amplifier modules instead - see below.

Jan and his girlfriend are both musicians playing in the same band.
Maybe that's why these "a bit big" speakers are accepted...

Jan has an old Electrocompaniet preamplifier and a Primare CD-player as source.
