When shopping in our on-line Web Shop, you can pay via PayPal
if you have a PayPal account or a major credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express). If you prefer,
you can place an order by e-mail at salg@groundsound.com and prepay by bank transfer. Accepted currency is
either Euro or Danish kroner (DKK).

Shipping Options
|

You will have the choice of either Normal postal service or DHL or UPS which ever
is the cheapest is chosen as default by the Web Shop at the given order. If you want another shipping company,
we can arrange this by order e-mail at salg@groundsound.com

Shipping Costs
|
|
In our Web Shop you will at all times be able to see all cost of the ordered items including shipping costs
- by default cheapest shipping or preferred shipping choice.

Delivery Time
|
When you have placed an order and payment is accepted, we will normally ship within 2 working days for products in stock.
If the unlikely should occur that one of our products is out of stock, we will get in contact with you by mail or phone
also within 2 working days. We will to our ability inform you of alternative delivery time and you will have the rights
to revise your order or simply cancel the order.
If you order custom-made products, you can expect delivery time that differs from the normal 2 working days and custom-made
products will be produced after accepted payment.

Then we will work up a proforma invoice and arrangement of shipping.
The policy of Ground Sound is payment according to proforma invoice then we will release the goods for shipment.
The proforma invoice holds value of items, shipping rate and other relevant information.
We only offer Bank account transfer for Special Offers. We do not offer PayPal for Special Offers.
We offer various shipping options for the Special Offers: Normal Postal Service, DHL, UPS and customer requested options.
The shipping cost will vary depending upon choice of shipping company and service.

Retention of Title
|
|
All products supplied remain Ground Sound property until fully paid.
|
|
Safety warning
|
|
Care must be taken since some of the products hold dangerous voltages.
Improper handling can cause an electric shock. The products are only suitable
for indoor use. Avoid moisture and excessive heat.

Damage in transit
|
|
You will get quality products and we will do our outmost to make sure you will get the ordered products in perfect condition.
In the event you should receive damaged products, please contact the responsible postal service and they will assist you in
completing the necessary claim form. Please check the package thoroughly for visible damages at receipt before accepting receipt.

Rights of Return
|
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if
the return is a result of our error. You will be refunded the invoiced price of the returned products, but
you will not get the shipping costs refunded.
If you order custom-made products or pay for other special services, we do not offer any refund of the custom-made products.
Optional OP-Amplifier installation like upgrades to EG. LM4562 or AD8620 falls into the custom-made category.
We can make adaptor cables like RCA to XLR, but these can't be refunded either.

Warranty and Liability
|
|
You will have 2 years warranty for all Ground Sound products after date of invoice covering all parts: Mechanics, components
and circuit board. In case of malfunction of a product, Ground Sound will have to carry out the service to ensure perfect
working condition afterwards. If a third part is involved - warranty is void. Only Ground Sound can recognize the conditions
of warranty. The goods must be returned free of charge to Ground Sound. Ground Sound shall choose whether to repair, replace
or credit the invoiced amount of the part. Before you ship a possible faulty product to service, we will try to identify the
problem together with you to avoid unnecessary shipping and time of absence of music. Before you contact us, you should check
for possible mistakes in the assembly of the parts - such as short circuit, bad soldering or mixed up wiring as the modules
has been tested before shipment. Warranty is void in cases of electronically or mechanically modification, faulty external
wiring, mechanical damage, mismatch of voltages, misuse or abuse - e.g. surroundings with moisture or excessive heat or
accidental short circuit on circuit board. Warranty doesn't cover other than Ground Sound products. Warranty doesn't cover
resulting damage of malfunction such as speakers, cables, furniture and building. Warranty doesn't cover resulting losses
due to malfunction. Explicitly warranty doesn't cover person's damage in case of assembly and use. If you contact us before
any purchase, we will to the best of our ability, help you to choose the right combination of our products, but it is still
your own responsibility to avoid mismatch of our products and following damage to products. Please take care of yourself
when assembling your new system - this is DIY products, it can be dangerous, but it should be only fun.

Tax
|
|
The Ground Sound products are made in Denmark and will be shipped from Denmark. Depending upon the receiving country you
might have to pay additional national import tax to the receiving country. Ground Sound takes no responsibility for this
possible tax. You will have to find information of possible tax yourself and the actual amount you might have to pay.
If you are receiving within the European Union you will have to pay Danish Tax - the Danish Tax will be included in the
price seen on the Web Shop page, if a member state is chosen.

Ground Sound reserves all rights to alter any specification, product or price without prior notice.
Ground Sound reserves the rights not to disclose or distribute schematics of the Ground Sound products or other intellectual property.
